leading a small group?
Below are several first steps...
1) You can express interest and initiate a conversation by
filling out the interest form here.
2) You can gain experience and test the
waters by serving as a leader in training. Contact your
small group leader to get started.
3)
All new leaders must go
through the "Intro to Leadership" workshop. Check with your
staff contact for time and dates of our next workshop.
4) After "Intro to Leadership", all potential small group
leaders will complete, "Small Group Leader Orientation."
